The Outlaw Recycled Fleece Jacket keeps your body warm and your conscience clean. While “Recycled” and “Outlaw” might not seem a likely pairing, we’d like to shake Spyder’s eight hands for creating this rad fleece. Not only is it burly and toasty, with microfiber shoulder, side, and arm reinforcements, it’s also made from recycled fleece, and that’s pretty badass. That’s not exactly common in the skiwear industry, and when a big name like Spyder gets involved, well, it brings a tear to our eye. Yours too, we hope…but that could just be a bead of sweat dripping down your face because this 200-weight jacket is so cozy warm. Wear it under a shell in January, or rock it alone for core freeski steeze.
If you want this jacket to be warm and with extra weight, hold off as it is not. It is much thinner than expected and did not do the trick. Also, it appears to run small, both in shoulders and overall. An XL is the normal size ordered for a 190 lb. and 6' frame, however, this did not work in this model. Went for the Northface Denali instead.
I absolutely love this fleece. I got it as an early christmas present and it is great. Its not very heavy and not the best is very cold weather, but in mild weather (40's+) it is perfect
