Spyder made the Men's Force Pants with removable suspenders, so you can defend yourself from evil outside elements without losing your pants in the middle of the storm. The Force Pants' 20K waterproof breathable fabric and warm Thinsulate insulation defends you from that horde of Imperial-sized snowflakes. Full-length side zips let you dump hot air quickly if you start to sweat on the hill, and snow cuffs keep wetness out of your pant legs.
Bottom Line: Stay on the warm, dry side with the Force.
They're not bad. Like others have said they are cut traditionally. For the money they're tough to beat. At twice the price, the Davos is 3 times the pant, but these are pretty good for the money.
I used these pants when racing because of the full side zips and they did great. Super waterproof and great insulation to keep you very warm. These pants have a narrower, traditional cut to them. They are not the most functional pant out there as they lack a lot of storage. They do have a built in keychain in the pocket so you don't lose your keys. I was stoked on that feature. Overall these pants are great. Highly waterproof, extremely breathable, and super durable.
