The Spyder Traverse Gore Glove keeps you warm and dry in any alpine conditions thanks to a Gore-Tex insert and ThermaWeb insulation. The nylon shell features an XT coating and a Spylon water-repellant finish to block snow and moisture, and the thumb wipe takes care of your dripping nose. The removable wrist leash locks down to keep powder out of the glove, and the Rubbertec palm lets you latch on tight to your poles.
Bottom Line: Warm, waterproof protection for any skier.
The gloves are failrly warm and have a nice soft interior. The problem is that if you take off the gloves and get your hands wet at all, the interior lining grips to your went fingers when you try to put the glove back on and makes it nearly impossible to get the gloves back on. You must dry your hands and then put them back on. This proves to be a challege when you are doing this on the slopes. Besides that, they are good warm and dry gloves.
Gloves Run Wide and Fingers Run Short. I ordered a Large, becuase I have long fingers, but I do not have "fat" hands. The glove are extremely wide and the fingers are two short. I would have been better off purchasing a men's. My husband's Large, actually fit better. They are more narrow, and the finger length is longer. So, Ladies, if you even have long nails. You will be disappointed. I have short finger nails.
