I was SO excited to get this jacket - the features list said it had everything I wanted, including the POWDERSKIRT but there is nothing on this jacket that resembles a powder skirt, plus the "zip out liner" is actually a vest that's very thin! It's probably warm but for how much I paid I expected it to be what it was advertised to be.

This is a great jacket and very versatile!! You can wear the jacket, you can just wear the vest which is attached to the jacket, you can detach the vest to make the jacket less warm. It has lots of "hidden" compartments for things like keys, license, credit cards, gloves, flask..(oopps, did I say that?). It was a great purchase!!
