I tried these glasses on last year, but didn't pull the trigger. When I saw them for less on BCO, I bought them. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. I've owned nothing but Smiths for several years and these were the worst of the bunch. Styling is outdated and coverage is merely adequate. The temples were also non-adjustable and therefore they wouldn't stay on my medium-size face. I returned them and bought the Methods instead.

I had the same problem as allenhild. They weren't too tight near the ears, but at the temple were ridiculously tight to the point where it would be impossible to wear them for more than a minute. So tight that the glasses wouldn't even drop down to touch my nose. I noticed as well that the earpieces were way beyond my ears when the lenses were up near my eyes. I haven't had this problem with any other sunglasses except maybe the old gas station special. I don't have an exceedingly large head - my hat size is only about 7 1/8, so I don't think it's me. I thought the styling of them was sweet - if only they fit well.

I bought this version in black and they fit my fiance weird. Too tight. He's a skinny guy too so I'm not sure what its about. just a word of caution as we'll prob try to have a shop adjust them so they're not so tight above the ears before returning!
