sort of tight to get on. I wasn't planning on using them for our WNY winters, but just couldn't get the fit right. I have other Simple shoes that I absolutely LOVE, but these just don't fit right. Narrow I think? Or just small in the ankle and the foot fit right.
Size 9 was perfect for my daughter who wears a size 8.5, but too small for me - a size 9. However, they are really cute, and different, and my daughter says they're very comfortable although she wears them with a custom orthodic.
These boots are fantastic! The fit is comfortable and warm, and I appreciate that the side buttons are fastened with elastic instead of just thread. It's important that so many of the boot components are recycled or made from sustainable materials. I could probably compost it, if I had to, although I can't imagine any reason I would want to let go of these boots! The only thing I would change is the cushioning in the sole of the boot. If you have to be on your feet for a full day they can leave you a little foot sore. Here's an odd little side note to end my review...they make your feet look smaller. Thanks for a great boot!
