I use this to tote my kids stuff around- be it diapers, overnight clothes, books for church, change of clothes for the beach, bag for the sitter, etc.. The point being - I use it all the time. It's not a huge backback so it's easy to carry around without knocking someone over. I love the look- very simply stated. .. with a touch of style!
... the laptop sleeve is too small for my 14.1 in laptop (13 1/8 x 9 1/4 x 1 1/8 inch). I can barely squeeze it in the pocket and then ~1 inch is sticking out making it impossible to close the backpack.
I was quite annoyed about that as I checked several sites before I ordered it and everywhere it said that 15" laptop will fit. Well, mine doesn't. Very disappointing.
In addition it feels cramped (maybe it has too many compartments for this volume). My old backpack, while a little bit smaller (24L) was somehow more spacious.
Overall, it would be a good buy if I was looking for such a small daypack and not a laptop backpack (therefore 3 stars instead of 2).
If you plan to carry your laptop in it, make sure it is smaller than above mentioned dimensions.
