Description of 686 Smarty Admiral Jacket - Women's: |
OK, so you might not ace basic shipboard damage control or survival at sea tests, but we’re pretty sure you’ll rock the hot scale with the 686 Women’s Smarty Admiral Jacket. Since it’s not terribly sexy to be sweating bullets or knocking your teeth out from extensive shivering on the slopes, you’ll do well with a versatile jacket. 686 made the Smarty Admiral with a removable fleece liner, 15K-rated fabric, and fully taped seams. The zip-off powder skirt makes it easy to wear either the shell or liner alone downtown and fortifies this jacket for full-on pow assaults on the hill.
Bottom Line: Ride between the devil and the deep white sea.

| this is my new fav jacket. it fits true to size and the details on there are amazing. i got the black w/ pink one and the picture doesnt do the jacket justice. the length of this jacket is perfect... its not too short and its not too long. if youre looking for the perfect snowboarding jacket then look no further. |

| Good jacket 11-18-09 |

| My boyfriend bought me this jacket..and its sick. Couple minor things though...look closely at the pics...it has polka dots AND stripes...I kinda wish it was plainer but no big deal. I found the shoulders a bit tight...I thought 686 would fit a little baggier but no dice. Finally, the front flap thing only has a snap at the top and the bottom with velcro in the middle..but the velcro doesn't stay done up very well. I'm getting more snaps put into it. I still love this jacket, it looks great, tons of pockets! |

| A fit that's hard to find 06-04-09 |

| I am 5'11" and have a pretty solid, athletic build from the Army. It's tough to find winter clothing that doesn't make me look the size of a man or have sleeves too short. This jacket is well-fitted to my figure, allowing for a slender, curvy outline. The length of the torso and sleeves are adequate for me, as well.
I've had this jacket for over six months, and it's been holding up perfectly. The quality of the materials and design feels like a $300 jacket. I haven't had a problems with waterproofness or breathability. I got the one called Black Dot Pin, but it isn't actually black; it has a dark purple base, and the lighter accents are a light lavender. |
