Description of 686 Smarty Morgan Jacket - Women's: |
 |
Cold? Rock the 686 Women's Smarty Morgan Jacket with both the shell and the included zip-out liner. Then leave the shell at home for the after-ride party. The 15K, water-resistant shell with stretch hood will keep you dry in the storm. An internal iPod pocket, left radio sleeve pocket, and goggle pocket keep all your stuff organized and under control, so you can leave the pack in the car. When you're ready to roll to the party, use the mirror hidden in the right cuff tab to check that you're as smokin' as ever. As an extra bonus, 686 included a custom beanie in this three-in-one jacket's right handwarmer pocket.
Bottom Line: Shell, zip-out liner, and beanie? The 686 Morgan Jacket is a smart choice.

| This jacket is really warm and comfortable. It has so many details that make it much more thoughtful than other jackets. Beanie, mirror, pockets, goggle wipe, soft zipper cover...I could go on forever. The zip-in liner can be worn off the slopes is also warm; it has a nice fuzzy inner lining. I like everything about this jacket, except one of the pockets came with a hole in it...not worth the shipping to send back, and plenty of other pockets. |

| Great jacket! 04-05-08 |

| Got a great deal on this jacket to replace another Smarty I had that was stolen - must say, even in two seasons, 686 has made some great upgrades. Definitely made use of the goggle pocket, love the fabric, and once again even the liner is super cute.
Of course, there's also a long list of other "smart" features. Really, as long as they keep making them like this, I'll never wear another brand when it comes to my boarding/ski jackets. |

| As with most women's jackets, this is just too short - even when using the skirt straps that snap to my 686 pants. To even slightly lean over and strap in, this jacket totally creeps up, never mind getting snow down my pants (although my Burton jacket that I am looking to replace does the same thing, which is why I already knew this one wouldn't work out). It was a really cute style and I loved the color/material, but functionality was not good. |
