I got one of these in a long for myself and one regular for my GF. Feels pretty warm, not sure at 30 degrees but took it camping in the low 50's and she actually got too warm (never happens). Dogs stepped on it a few times with no snags or tears so it seems pretty durable. steep and cheap price can't be beat for this type of bag.
