I like it for the price. It's super lightweight, packs down small, and gives decent protection from light rain and wind. The zipper comes up nearly to my mouth and the hood covers my head well. It's perfect for the early morning walk particularly if there is a light rain falling or a cool breeze.
When you roll it up into the included sack, it will also fit a bike water bottle cage, handy for the times I hop off the bike to eat or take some pictures.
If price is your main concern, but you still want a usable piece of gear, then this will work. It is extremely lightweight, rolls up to the size of a grapefruit and offers good protection from wind and light rain. The color was accurate as well as the fit. I am 5'8" and it fits just right. It is also nice to have a usable hood.
