This boot is Scarpa's Limited Edition model from the '05 / ‘06 season and features a standard nylon liner, which cuts weight for your climbs without sacrificing control and comfort for the way down. Burly enough to handle the sickest lines you want to ski but agile enough to hike, the Tornado tours comfortably when switched into walk mode so you can enjoy the entire trip instead of suffering through the approach. The DIN-certified plastic outsoles pull double duty as a touring and in-bounds rig—the Tornado LE fits both AT and alpine bindings—making this an extremely versatile boot. Four-buckle closure and a power strap guarantee optimal fit and performance that doesn't end at the resort ropes.
