The Salomon Wildfire Pant provides frontside and backcountry skiers with peerless, waterproof and insulated function in stretch climaPRO Storm softshell fabric. The Wildfire has a straight, relaxed fit that’s neither ice-climber trim nor jib-kid saggy, and equally as suited to dawn patrols as it is to dump-day tram laps. Covered pocket flaps keep snow from creeping through the zips while you dig a study pit, and reinforced kick panels prevent your edges from enjoying their own shred-fest. Salomon’s actiLOFT insulation fends off ridgeline gusts and frozen lift seats, while outer-leg zip vents pull fresh air into your engine room on the traverse. A bellows thigh pocket holds spare lenses, a hat, or a slightly smushed, but still decadent-at-day’s-end PB&J.
Bottom Line: A controlled burn of style and substance.
Those are probably the best ski pants I've ever owned. I used to wear Columbia Titanium line, but was pretty disappointed with the durability and quality of it.
Those salomon pants are super confy, keep you warm and dry, and are full of small details that make the difference, like the magnetic closure on the side pocket!!
I highly recommand it for whoever is looking for a great do-it-all, all season pants!
