Not bad, it's sorta water proof, and sorta wind proof. I had a problem with the stitching making my legs itch, and also i think it's a little strange that the breathable fabric is only included in the front portion of the pants, until the calves..maybe to save money? anyways, feels like they were trying to save money, but kinda messes up the quality.
