I purchased these for hiking in Colorado when it's too warm and I don't want to wear my boots. They are nice and light with GREAT traction. They are just a little bit wide for my feet -- which are a standard width. Still, I really like them.

These Salomon shoes are probably the best outdoor shoe ever made. They are very comfortable and can stand up to tough outdoor fun. They have possibly the best traction soles that work great on all surfaces. They are great shoes for cycling, walking, hill walking/mountain climbing, outdoor adventures and teaching.
