Description of Rossignol Bandit B3W Ski - Women's:
The Rossignol Bandit B3W is the one-pair quiver for female big-mountain riders. Everyone loves powder, but face it, the mountain's tracked out by afternoon, and you're going to spend the rest of the day skiing the chop. The women's-specific flex is 15% softer than the unisex B3 and 15% lighter. The Bandit B3W is built with Rossignol's Free Absorber Technology, which increases ski to snow contact, so you'll feel a smooth, solid arc devoid of chatter. The B3W is fat enough to ski in two feet of fresh, but it still has enough sidecut for you to stand up and carve a hard turn on groomers.
Bottom Line: A fat ski that eats up powder and does surprisingly well on groomers.
I purchased a pair of Atomic Beta Ride (fatter shorter) skis two years ago and hated them! They are sluggish, no fun and spent most of the time in the car for two seasons. This year I demoed a pair of 160cm Rossi Bandit Alpine Skis and fell in love. I purchased this ski within one week. They are fast, fun and great for all conditions. I'm putting my 185cm antique Volants away for good and will enjoy the Rossi Bandits! AWESOME SKIS!
These are the skis I use 85% of the year here in utah. The other 12% I use my really sweet phat luvs and the other 3% I'm using my "rock" skis. Love, Love, love (:
I was fortunate enough to demo these skis last week. I had a blast! Great on groomers, thick powder, in trees... everywhere I took 'em. You will not be disappointed if you buy these. They're tons of fun and great for all kinds of conditions.
