but Backcountry sure is AWESOME once again!!! This is not my first purchase from Backcountry, but my first that was not for me! The folks at this company have really thought of everything. I hopped on line to get an RMA for return and they gave me a printable return slip for UPS. Even better, I walked into a busy UPS store, the clerk saw my label and said, "oh, let me take that from you!" flew past all the others waiting, DONE!! out the door in 30 seconds!! Thanks for making this a painless return. P.S. I would recommend the shoe and would have loved it a year ago, but I recently broke my heel and my foot is highly sensitive and I've only been successful with a few select shoes.
