Description of Red Hi-Fi Helmet :
The RED Hi-Fi Helmet is so light you'll forget you're wearing it. That is, until you over-rotate a 540, catch an edge, and whip on the hardpack. A classic shape and ultra light construction combine in that won't make you feel like you're wearing a bowling ball. The Zip Clip ratcheting buckle provides a custom fit and it's easy to use with gloves on. Take off the RED Hi-Fi Helmet's ear pads when hiking on hot days. A removable goggle gasket (a strip of fabric between the helmet rim and your goggles) prevents the gaper look and forehead frostbite. *Available for US Shipment Only.

This helmet is dope! I was never one that really liked helmets, but a few concussions later, I decided to get one. I tried a few different ones, like Pro-Tec, etc. and they all felt heavy, oppressive and basically left me feeling like a giant bobble-head doll. Once I got my hi-fi, my whole perspective changed. The thing is so light I don't even feel like I'm wearing a helmet and the venting is great. Now I rock my helmet every day!

This helmet is the shizzle. I have dropped it, thrown it, and even smacked it on rails and not even the material is torn. Very light and very protective. Really good strap.

I have the green plaid helmet and it is super light and comfortable. You don't even notice it is on when you are wearing it. I have gotten many complements from people about it. It is nice and soft on the inside, and very warm, including the ear pads. However, when it is hot, the vents on top of the helmet keep you cool enough. I would recommend getting it with the Oakley A-frame goggles because the two fit together extremely well.
