Ride Snowboards hit the market in 1992 with four board models and a vision of building snowboards “for the people”. Originally based in Redmond WA, Ride proved its commitment to snowboarding by signing top pros and like Mikey LeBlanc, Hana Beaman, and JJ Thomas. After launching Cappel Clothing in 1994 and relocating to Preston, WA in 1995, Ride dropped Preston Bindings (later to become Ride Bindings and Ride Boots Ride Boots on the market. Ride is currently based in Seattle WA, and continues to develop revolutionary technologies and styles while staying true to its original vision of “selling the dream”.

Description of Ride DVa Snowboard Binding:
Strap into the Ride Women's DVa Binding and charge everything the mountain has to offer. This high-performance binding blends lightweight comfort with freestyle-friendly response. Ride constructed the DVa with its Response R2 chassis, which features an adjustable heel cup to lock your heel down comfortably. The baseplate's aluminum Response Disc transfers energy directly from heel to toe for fast, powerful carves down steep lines, while the high back's lateral flexibility increases control on the rails. Ride gave the DVa Bindings EVA landing pads to dissolve shock on hardpack landings.

Bottom Line: Buckle up with Ride and shred like a diva all over the mountain.

They are comfortable and have a good feel, but they ratchets are awful. They don't tighten quickly and they often stick and are hard to release. It just gets annoying.

i love how these bindings fit my boots well (i wear a size 5). the toe/cap strap is great too because you can adjust it to where it feels most comfortable, which gives you more control that regular toe strap bindings.

The bindings are pretty awesome except the top binding does give me a hard time sometimes (its hard to get the strap in perfectly). It doesn't always keep tightening and you have to play with it to fully tighten the top one.
