The technology required to turn you into Iron Man doesn't exist yet, but the Quiksilver Men's Alston Watch is the next best thing. Quiksilver made this watch from virtually indestructible stainless steel—everything from the case to the strap to the locking buckle—and added a hardened mineral crystal face. Two-hand movement and a day display keep you on time for school and work (until you perfect your metal suit and ditch the mundane tasks of daily life).
Bottom Line: Insert Black Sabbath exit music here.

Nice looking, a bit heavy, seems to work OK, decent construction. 05-06-09
A few people here have complained about the construction of this watch, but I haven't had any problems (so far, at least). The crown works fine. To get the watch up to speed, you need to shake it for a few minutes when you get it. After that, normal wear should keep it going.
The date is extremely small and hard to read, but it looks quite sharp.
The band is heavy.
I don't know how the other reviewers don't like this watch! I just got it, set the time, wore it until I went to sleep, slept 12 hours, and it still kept the time (15 minutes is BS). It would have gotten a 5, but I'm used to small plastic watches, and this is a little heavy.
the first one was broken, the second which was sent as a replacement thanks to the good folks at backcountry (always amazing customer service) works fine so far but is a bit heavy and chunky
