After the climbing day is done, pull on the prAna Men’s Thresher Jacket and head into town. This casual cotton and nylon jacket features that well-worn, Army-surplus style with some modern updates. prAna gave the Thresher a comfy ribbed interior collar to help block the wind at the crags, and triple stitching and rivets to provide long-lasting durability.
Bottom Line: A three-season jacket built for daily abuse.
On the outside, this is a stylish sturdy jacket. But like a cardboard Hollywood set of a brick wall, it's all an illusion. This "jacket" is nothing more than a paper-thin shirt with pockets. It's not even made well; all of the seams are cheap overlock seams. But, if you are interested in the form more than the function you might dig this, because it does "look" cool.
This is a great lightweight jacket. It's fairly thin, so definitely not for the cold of winter, but going to be great for spring and cool summer nights. I got the large and it fits me really well, I'm 6'2" 190lbs. If anyone knows what the funky pockets are for on the right side let me know.
