I thought I would add some flare to my life by picking up this "technical" yet "stylish" jacket. Wrong. This thing was VERY trash baggy (big and sloppy), and had cheap velcro and loose threads.
I would not recommend this jacket at all. It isn't worth the $90, which surprises me that they have an MSRP of $475. Goodness, I just looked it up and they raised it to $165--not a chance!
I love Backcountry and their guarantees, but save yourself the return postage and pass this one up.
I thought this jacket would be worth the $90, being %80 off of almost $500. Wow was I wrong.
The let downs: very poor velcro. The body is a trash bag fit. When you bend over the bottom half of the jacket stays upright and the top half moves with you...not impressed.
Can't believe the MSRP is $500. Joke.
I have to echo the other reviews on this jacket. I ordered the ash, black and avacado color in large. I am 6'2" with a slim build and it fits perfectly. I have not yet tested it on the slopes, but I can tell the features will come in handy. alot of nice pocket space. forgot to mention its stylin'
