Layer the Patagonia Men's Skanorak Jacket over or under your PFD for protection from spray and rain as you paddle. This waterproof breathable spray jacket has a four-way adjustable hood, sealable wrists, and a fleece collar closure that keep water out. Large baffled chest pockets have fleece-lined hand-warmer pockets behind them. Stash energy bars or your compass in the internal zippered pocket. A corrosion- and water-resistant front zipper with a storm flap and waist and hem drawcords ensure no moisture sneaks in.

For less that a hundred bucks, I gotta say that this jacket is a great buy. It looks great, fits great over a PFD & spray skirt, is very well made, and has been bone dry in the rain. My only dings are that the wrist openings are a little too tight for me...gotta worm around to get my arms out of the sleeves...and it's not quite as breathable as I expected, at least not for active summer wear.
