This top looks great on and is good for mild to moderate activity. Anything strenuous though, and you may be putting on a show. Because the same straps that adjust the shoulders also adjust the back, its really hard to get secure fit without making it uncomfortably tight. Good for kayaking, not quite for volleyball (though this may all vary depending on the size of your chest, ie, the smaller the better...). Fabric is sturdy and seems like it will wear well. If you are looking for a more comfortable option to replace your halter-style tops, go for it. If you need something athletic, skip it and get a racerback.
I love the way the straps cross in the back without putting pressure on my neck. A 34B, I opted for the small, which is the right size, but it is not super secure, especially if I raise my hands over my head.
