My favorite dress. I have both colors; I like it in black the best. I wear it everywhere - dressy enough to go out at night, but comfortable enough for daytime too. It doesn't have a shelf bra, but the material is thick enough that I don't have to wear a bra with it. Totally recommended.

This dress didn't make it for me. It's a good idea and a great price, and there's nothing really wrong with it, it just looks awful on. I should have looked at the picture more closely, I guess. It's definitely not a rich espresso brown color, but a lighter, frankly not very attractive brown. It's also a lot more a-line than I expected, even in an x-small...I know it says a-line right on it, but Patagonia calls it a slim fit, and the picture is deceiving. The top is nice and flattering, though it comes up higher than you might expect. I would seriously recommend the Patagonia simply organic dress over this one.
