The Outdoor Research Women's Motiva jacket employs Gore-Tex's WindStopper softshell fabric to help you maintain an optimal temperature whether you're hiking in fall's Technicolor backdrop, skiing bluebird powder, or sending your test project in less-than-optimal weather. The Motiva's fleece-backed softshell material offers a stretchy, dynamic fit so you can move freely, while simultaneously shunning biting winds and body heat stealing chills. The removable hood offers shelter from the storm, and takes a break on clement days. Double-sliding pitzips take the hassell out of venting, and the women's-specific fit and articulated arms take the ill-fitting unisex frumpiness out of the equation.

Great technical features. Lots of pockets, nice seams, soft material, and well made. As far as the fit, it is fitted and looks nice on. It runs smaller than Arc'terx softshells, if you're trying to compare, So go a size up.
