| If you need it for an alpine situation where you don't want moisture to freeze in the pad, then go for it. Otherwise, it's just too much work. You put it on your pad, open the little flap, let the foam inflate it, close the flap, and squeeze it, and you get a pathetic little puff of air before you have to open it up and let it inflate again. I tried it on a Big Agnes Iron Mountain, which normally takes about 2 minutes of breathing, and it took more than three times as long. Ridiculous. I'm sure it's great for winter camping (or asthmatics maybe), but for normal use, don't do it. |
