the venture shorts are a good length and fit, but they are a little too thin. No matter what color your underwear is you can see it, at least in the sand color.

I have gone hiking in them and they are comfortable and durable (no ripping when you sit on rocks and other such things). I think they're pretty true to size, too. Awesome!
