Because we’ve been wearing boardshorts and basketball shorts under our shell pants for years, wondering when someone was going to make something like this. The Enclosed brings a blend of wicking polyester and sustainable, naturally antimicrobial bamboo fibers, in a honeycomb thermal knit that’s perfect for spring skiing and snowboarding. The only thing we miss about our surf trunks is how they looked in the hot tub.

Bottom Line: Better than the ones you wore yesterday.

When I read the description they said to wear under your shorts...well, they won't fit under my hubby's shorts. So he loves them & is going to wear them as shorts. They are certainly thick & long enough.

Nice as base or mid-layer 02-20-09

I picked up some of these to wear as a extra layer to keep my butt warm when skiing. They aren't super-warm but in all they do the trick. Definitely manage moisture and odor very well. They are certainly thick enough to wear as a pair of workout shorts (in a larger size), however they don't have a drawcord in the waist which may cause issues...
