Don’t end your surf day early due to an irritated torso. Pull on the Oakley Men’s Pressure 2.7 Rash Guard. This top’s raglan sleeves and flatlock stitching won’t restrict your movements or rub you the wrong way. The high spandex content makes this rash guard super flexible, so you can paddle out without feeling like you’re wearing a wet sweater.
This has a great fit, but its very snug. I ordered the Lg. and I'm 6'1" 200 lb. I know these are supposed to be snug, but this is really snug, particularly around the neck (I guess my splash top is too) so we'll see in the spring if I can go a full day of kayaking with it. Also I ordered the "redline" color, and it is bright red. The stock picture makes it look kind of a burnt orange color. Otherwise its a great rash guard, especially for the price.
This guard served me well on the North Shore of Oahu.
There was no chafing whatsoever, and the fit wasn't too tight.
I'm a slim medium, but it fit VERY close. If it would have been a tad more restrictive I would have gone with a large. So if you're between sizes, go up.
