Oakley pro and boardsport wonder kid Shaun White bring you the Montefrio Sunglasses—a boxy frame blended with Oakley's legendary optical clarity. Each step of this shade's design process required a thumbs-up from the ripper, and he demanded perfection, right down to the Square O icons on the Montefrio temples. There's no snowboarder who throws down harder on a skateboard, or vice versa, than this ninja ripper. Winter X Games, Summer X Games, Shaun rules all seasons and the Montefrio shows he has style even when he's not on a board But SW's gotta see too—that's why these shades feature lightweight O Matter frames with distortion-free XYZ Optics.
Bottom Line: Shade your eyes from the elements in the Oakley Montefrio Sunglasses.
I am a huge Oakley fan, but these are towards the bottom of the list. I find them to be a lot heavier than most other Oakleys. After a few minutes the bridge of your nose starts to feel them. They also have a bit of an awkward shape - they wrap around your head like a square rather than a U. I also find that they don't look very good on almost anyone. But if you can pull them off, go for it!
Got these shades on SAC, not a bad pair of shades. They say on my head pretty well when I'm wearing them, but don't rest them on top of your head. They have no rubber grips, so they will throw themselves off your head.
I have the green/gold, love the look. Not the best shades I own, but pretty stylish.
