I am about a size 9-10 in most pants and the mediums fit me great. These are super warm and have good movement to them. you can roll up the thin fabric in the bottom 3/4 of the pant and make this a 3/4 pant. when you are using them under jeans have them at their full length and it will help keep you super warm. Love these baselayers!
