You don't want your board to handle like a damn tanker when you set up for a jump or carve a quick turn to line up a last-minute booter, which is why Nitro's Misfit Snowboard is juuuust right. Nitro gave this twin a glass laminate with tri-radius fibers (quick turns and trustworthy edging) and used a blend of flex and torsion for a snappy feel and precise control anywhere on the mountain. Nitro's 3.1 Speed Formula Smartbase actually changes and adapts to the snow conditions at a nano level, which means when the temperature drops or rises, the base alters its density to maintain max speed. Sweet.
Bottom Line: The Misfit goes perfectly with your neon one-piece.
I just got the Misfit in a 152.6 and I will have to say this board is amazing. The flex is perfect, the FX 3.1 Base is just amazing, so slick and waxless. It's just an amazing board overall. I highly recommend this board to anyone looking for a good freestyle board, but also likes riding the mountain. This board can take you anywhere.

Ahh the misfit, the misfit is for a misfit. Very good freestyle board, twin tip shape. She is very performance everywhere even in powder because she has a good nose. I am fan of the finish with transparent edge and an amazing die cut on the base. Rock it
Again Nitro is onto something with their boards this year. I loved this board at camp. It has great flex, the perfect shape and turns on a dime. I love the FX base as I love rails and hate to wax. The FX base is much harder than a regular base and you don't have to wax it! It's the perfect board. I'd put this ahead of the Burton Custom any day of the week and it has a 2 year warranty and costs much less!
