Description of Nitro The Team TLS Snowboard Boot - Men's:
The Nitro International Pro team gave the boot designers at Nitro input to bring you The Nitro Men's Team Snowboard Boot. Dial the fit of the upper and forefoot of this boot with a single pull on the Twin Lacing System. Nitro's new QX sole gives you a low-profile design with airbag padding to take the hits out of those missed trannies. The Team boot gives you out-of-the-box performance with a pre-molded EVA liner that wraps your feet in secure, dialed goodness so you can dominate anywhere from the local windlips to your park S-box. A dual-density EVA footbed completes the comfort package of the Team Boot. Of course the sleek outer and low-key styling gives this boot a fit that'll get the gaper-free stamp of approval from your riding buddies.

Bottom Line: Nitro Team Boot—pro tested, everyday rider approved.

Great Boot for Narrow Ankles   01-25-08
lonerider (12): rank
I have very narrow ankles and so heel lift is a bit problem for me. I end up having to overtighten my boots just crushes both the top and bottom of my foot. Over the years I've tried Burton, DCShoes (waaay to wide), owned a pair of 32 Forecast (ok) and Salomon Dialogue, Synapse, Malamute (pretty good)... but the Nitro Team TLS beat them all. Superior liner shape fills in the extra space above the ankle. Heat moldable liners avoids pressure points. Some tips for durability... pull out your liners every night to let them dry out.

I couldn't be happier.   03-04-08

I bought a pair of these to replace my old (OLD) Burton Freestyles, and what I got blew me away. They are stiffer, lighter, warmer, easier to lace up, better looking, and actually keep my ankle in!!! They are a bit harder to initially get my foot in, but that's the best complaint I can manage. For those new to the TLS I'd recommend to twist the laces so they cross, then yank them over your knee. Once you get used to it, the TLS is really quick and easy to use VERY effectively. All in all, 10 of 10, I couldn't be happier for the price.
