| First of all, this is a quality light weight soft-shell that handles light wind and rain just fine. If you expect it to perform in the same class as a soft-shell 4x as much -- you will be disappointed. If you expect it to survive a monsoon -- you will be disappointed. Overall, very stylish and functional. |

| It's my follow-up review on this soft shell (have no idea what happed to firdt review). So here we go, I took it on a trip to Scotland for 2 weeks, mid October.
Pros: Well constructed, comfortable, LONG, or at least longer that most jackets, nice hood.
Cons: Not water resistant at all, got completely soaked within 10 mins in light drizzle, had to turn around during hike and use eVent shell instead, not wind resistant either.
So, bottom line: if you are willing to pay hard earned money for just another polyester hoody, go ahead, otherwise get Backcountry brand or Arcteryx, you won't be cursing and guessing why did you buy it. |

| Just got one yesterday. 1st review. Hoody is well done, picture doesn't show hood, but it's well constructed, materials are outstanding, style and design are fantastic too. But that's all. It's not very functional, I klnow, description says it's casual, but it allows even slight breeze through and is etremely light. It's on sale for $133, but even that is very high price for just a simple synthetic hoody, nothing else but that. Kinda usesless piece of clothing. |
