I am a very solid medium and this ran on the smaller "medium" size, larger "small" size.Not sure if the large would be too big or not. I would really call the medium a small on this though. Unless you like your mediums fitted, then this is the jacket for you. So depending on the typical "medium" size you are depends on how the jacket will fit.
