Lightweight, breathable mesh lays comfortably against your back so there’s no chafing or annoying rub to break your concentration or cadence. Stretch the sternum strap across your chest to secure the pack laterally, and tuck away loose straps to reduce drag. After your ride comes to an end, refill the bladder from the rapid access compartment and log your times on the aero-spandex forum.
