Lightweight for swift traveling but supportive and stable for sure footing on sketchy terrain, this synthetic trail shoe takes on ten-mile runs and traverse approaches. Mad Rock constructed the Apex Shoes with rubber-impregnated toe and heel sections and Mad Rubber toe rands for protection against embedded obstacles. Breathable 3D mesh-padded cuffs support your ankles and help prevent rolls, and the shoes’ brushed polyester foam lining wicks moisture during summer trips to granite-land. EVA midsoles cushion each step, and lockdown lacing creates a secure and precise fit.

These are not good shoes. the toe boxs are wierd fitting the rubber is super sticky so if your on any type of tile or wood floor you squeek like you just got out of the rain. To top it off the heel of the insoles squeek under your foot so when you arent inside you still chirp like a bird. They will probly be good for just outside approaches but not for everyday use like I was interested in. plus the toe box issue was too uncomfortable to keep.
