So this fit my helmet, armor, and other gear nicely, but not a six pack of beer. There is a softwall cooler built in, which I'm sure works ok, but you can't have the best of both worlds, so I'm returning it. As a previous reviewer noted, the quality is somewhat questionable as well.
Got the Freeride Bike System after missing out on a couple other mountainsmith bike bags. The bag itself is great, there is enough room to carry a helmet, gloves, pads and armor (even my torso protector), important tools, spare tubes, a pump - pretty much everything you, need, nearly organized. The problem i, every zipper on my bad seems to be on the verge of malfunctioning, and sticks a lot. A great bag, but Mountainsmith needs to look into their quality control. My gf's bag has the same problem.

Zippers suck, but MS has a lifetime warranty 09-10-09
I have a regular (black) and deluxe (red) bike cube, and bought this to make it easy to identify which is which. Of course I ignored the other reviews because I have no problem at all with the zippers on the cubes I already have.
Well...one of the three zippers on the freeride is completely messed up and broke within 10 minutes of of me trying to zip it closed after opening it. I'll send it in to Mountainsmith to take advantage of their lifetime warranty, but if I had paid full price, it'd be on its way back.
