This shirt will definitely keep you warm, you just need the right size. I got a M thinking it has to go over other base layers, so better safe than sorry. but it was just tooooo big. If I had acted more quickly, I could have traded it in for a small, but it was for a white one and I wanted the blue I initially ordered. It's still a great shirt, I will probably just spend most of winter sleeping in it as pjs cuz it's so warm rather than snowboarding in it. Go with your normal size!
