I bought this for my girlfriend's birthday, since she's always borrowing mine (I have the men's port/afterdark) It's pretty much what I expected, based on my experience with my own...warm, comfortable, what I throw on when I get home from work, and my go-to base layer when I'm out-of-doors and it's fairly chilly.
This is a fantastic base layer. It keeps me intensely dry and warm in super cold temperatures, but I have to admit that it does shrink in the wash, regardless of whether you put it in the dryer. The arms don't shrink, but the body shrinks upward and that's a little frustrating...not a big fan of the midriff in my longies. Definitely order a size larger than you usually would to survive the shrinkage. Other than that, an absolutely fantastic shirt!
This base layer fits me, (a petite, curvaceous woman) perfectly, however, the wicking capability and power of this shirt is so powerful I find that I have to use lotion before and after use so my skin doesn't crack. Great if you're a sweaty mess.
