| These shorts are like wearing cut off snowpants. Yes, they're that thick and they DO NOT move or breath well. Very disappointing. |

| I live in Norway where it rains all year around. So nice to find waterproof capris!
I also love the elastic in the waistband. It makes them very comfortable!
I don't agree with the previous reviewer.
If you want waterproof, tear resistant, tough shorts, they have to be a little bit thick. |
