The Lafuma Men’s OS 26 Mesh Shoes are hungry for running. On the trail or the road, these lightweight shoes offer breathability and support for stoked feet. Lafuma added hydrophobic heel and tongue foam to increase water repellency and quicken drying time, and then lined the heel and tongue with mesh for ventilation during long runs. The LD OS 26 Shoes’ tempo lasts help counter off-balance foot placements, and the triple-density Trailshock midsoles support and cushion while you run.

Looked good when i got them out of the box. But soon after that protective "stylish" wrap started peeling off from shoes outer mesh. Now they look stupid and cheap. They have no support, and are quite narrow. Now shopping for decent hiking shoes. save your money

Good For Cansual Wear, Not Trail Worthy.   10-09-08

As a casual work/school shoe I have loved these. They have a relaxed style and not eveyone has a pair. As a trail runner or even a road runner these shoes don't offer great support. The footbed is thin and the arch support is minimal. Get 'em for just kicking around and you'll love them.
