I use this bag almost every day. I am a chef and can fit a pair of shoes, change of clothes, my knives, and a rain jacket inside the main compartment with room to spare. It can be heavy with all that stuff, but the extra wide strap makes it comfortable. The adjust ability of the strap is great, you can cinch it up real tight when on a bike or crowded subway, or make it long enough for NBA size people. The keychain loop is nice as it is long enough that you can use your keys without detaching them from the bag. This bag would be overkill in terms of size for most people, but if you need to lug around lots of stuff to work or the gym, this is as good as it gets!
Best laptop bag I've found. Distributes weight of my honker laptop comfortably, and the inner, removable sleeve makes airports easy to manage. A few of the zippers are hard to operate but overall great, great bag.
