Description of Kaenon Georgia Sunglasses - Polarized: |
The Kaenon Women's Georgia Polarized Sunglasses sport a retro-inspired frame that complements Kaenon's performance-fit and superior optics. The Georgia Sunglasses' TR-90 frame fits a wide range of face shapes with a stylishly oversized wraparound design. Kaenon gave the Georgia Sunglasses easy-care SR-91 polarized lenses to protect your eyes from glare whether you're on the road, trail, or the water. Rock some shades that are as fashionable in a café as they are technical on a trail.
Bottom Line: The Kaenon Georgia Polarized Sunglasses are fashionable but don't sacrifice function.

Love my Georgias 02-18-08

Perfect fit and nice wrap style. I also tried the Delite (waaaaay too big), Eden (too big) and Porter (too small). I have the Ivy, and the green color is more subtle than it looks in the picture. Sort of a green/gray that fades to black on the temples.

Initial disclosure: I love Kaenons so I'm biased, but I think these are great sunglasses. Was debating between these and a pair of Persols; I went with the Kaenons for versatility because these are technical, performance frames you can wear all the time without looking goofy. The lenses are just amazing; if these are your first polarized lenses, you will probably never go back. The Georgia frame has a full-coverage wraparound shape that's a little too big for my face but I like them so much I'm keeping them.

I loved the look and the green color of the frames. (When on, the green turns to more of a gray. Still, it was a nice change from brown and black frames.) These just weren't as comfortable as the Edens for me. The optical quality is amazing. I never had expensive glasses before, and these blew my mind. All the Kaenons fit differently -- so try several pair until you find the ones that are just right!
