Description of Kaenon Kore Sunglasses - Polarized: |
 |
The Kaenon Kore Polarized Sunglasses are made with high-quality materials and designed for those who take their outdoor sports seriously. Whether you're playing a friendly game of volleyball or kite surfing on the sand flats, you'll appreciate the Kore's light and durable frame. These Kaenon sunglasses also use SR-91 Light Transmission Control polarized lenses for supreme optical quality and excellent contrast in a variety of lighting conditions. Ear and nose pads hold the Kore Sunglasses in place when you're diving for a ball, running down a trail, or doing anything else you like to do.
Bottom Line: The Kaenon Kore Polarized Sunglasses are hardcore shades for hardcore outdoor athletes.

| Best lenses I've owned 01-04-07 |

| I do a lot of sailboat racing and these are hands down the best polarized lenses I've ever had. I've used Revo, Maui Jim, Ray-Ban, Smith, Bolle, and others, but the Kaenons cannot be beat for clarity and glare reduction. They really help me see the wind on the water. I use the Copper-28 lenses, which are a very good all around lens. They block enough light for really bright days, but are light enough to use on cloudy or hazy days. If you do watersports, you will be very happy with these glasses. |

| Simply awesome! 03-02-09 |

| I've used several polarized lenses over the years and most of them aren't suitable for mountain or road riding. Though the value of a polarized lenses is most often derived on water or snow, it's great to have reduced glare in all conditions. That said, the Kaenon Kore sunglasses are the only polarized sunglasses I recommend for road or mountain biking. With others, you'll get rainbow splotches as your tearing up the singletrack downhill (not too safe), but with Kaenon's lens technology, you get the clearest vision and best protection available. |

| My favorite pair of shades! 02-24-09 |

| Sure, polarized shades are nice for driving (to cut the glare off of the road). But to use Kaenon Kore's for just driving would be like using your Porsche (assuming you have one, which I certainly don't) just for trips to the corner store. No, I really *need* good polarization when I'm on the snow, and when I'm sight-fishing for trout. Since polarization is so important for fly-fishing, I've gone through polarized shades from Oakley, Maui Jim, Smith, Action Optics, etc. And none of these work as well as my Kores (C12) in terms of clarity, comfort, and coverage (i.e., no light gets in around the lenses, and they don't block my field of vision). Yes, they give a little of a "bug-eye" look, but their performance can't be beat! |
