with knowing the fact that they are splash pants, not dry pants: these are the best! got them just in time for an intro to swift water rescue class. 3 of 4 stations we were in the water. i stayed nice and warm, and remarkably somewhat dry.

i was excited to get this item, with my dry top i tought i would be water proof, guess what no ankle gaskets!!. Has soft neoprene gaskets, might be comfortable but im sure they wont keep the water out if you go for a swim. These might be good for certain uses, but i doubt they will keep you dry if you take a swim.
