Fully taped seams, three-layer construction, waterproof zippers, and clean lines set the Idiom Men’s 3L Jacket apart from everything else on the mountain. The entire limited-edition Idiom line focuses on function and leaves all the flashy gimmicks behind. This jacket kills it in the backcountry without being overkill for a terrain park session. Underarm zips help you stay cool as you hike your freshly built booter over and over while the audio pocket keeps your tunes close at hand for at-the-ready stoke in music form.
Bottom Line: Like no other jacket on the mountain.
Very functional jacket and looks great. Its mostly just a shell which i like because you can layer according to the weather. Its durabilty is the best i've seen without feeling to ridged and encumbersome. Just enough pockets and the snow skirt works perfectly. 5 stars hands down!
Don't expect the color scheme you see in the picture. First, the inside of the hood is the hideous green floral print you can see if you look at the 2.5L idiom jacket. Also, the cuffs don't have the green accents shown in the pic. Besides that, the jacket has its superiority. Definitely an indestructible shell. Fabric has a very nice feel and is flexible. Just enough pockets, not too bulky. Fit is short and the powder skirt is even shorter (almost to the point of being pointless as it doesn't reach below the bellybutton). Lastly, the hood and collar are a little stiff which makes it a bit ill-fitting around the neck when the hood is down.
