Straps not adjustable & button broken 02-11-09

Exact same feelings as the other reviewer. I bought two of these thinking there was some novel design to adjustable straps. They are not adjustable at all. Also, the button on the side pocket didn't break on me..it was already broken when it arrived- on both bags i bought. Luckily bc has great return policy.
First of all, the shoulder straps are not adjustable - the description is wrong. Secondly, as soon as I got the bag, I opened the side pocket and the snap that kept it closed broke. Unfortunately, I can't offer any more information than that because I returned it immediately.
