Excellent rainproof jacket, well made and worth the investment. It has all the bells and whistles that a coat in this price range should have, and looks quite stylish (i've gotten several comments on it). I am a daily bike commuter and DON"T want to dress like so many of the pretentious bike geeks I see around town. This thing kept me bone dry. My only complaint, and this is more my fault than anything, is that it's not as breathable as I'd like, however, there are pit zips so I guess if I used them more and slowed down I'd be alright.
This jacket is great. It is super nice for skiing since it stretches quite a bit. I've never had a leak in it and I've tested it out pretty good. It is strong enough to handle tree branch scrapes and falls in mountain bowls without giving at all. My only complaint, which I have with pretty much all Golite jackets, is that it is a bit too short. I have a longer-than-normal torso and it just barely overlaps my pants. Other than that everything is really nice.
